Returns & Refunds

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery, whether it arrived faulty or you simply changed your mind. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging attached.

To start a return, email support@ritaboutique.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we will reply within 1 business day with return instructions. Returns are by mail only, and return shipping is paid by the customer.

Once your return arrives and is approved, your refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. No restocking fees apply. Exchanges are available on the same terms, subject to stock.

Do you ship internationally?


At the moment we ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. If we start shipping to other countries, we will announce it here and in our emails.
